How to post payment proofs...I still don't know the proper way

I have seen many payment proofs in my 4 years online earning experience, but I will accept that I still don't know the meaning of screen shots. What exactly it means and how are they taken. Some people also rub the or hide the things that they don't want to show, can anyone explain me in detail how it is done..??? Do they copy the whole thing in their documents...and take out the copy of it, then cut the unwanted part..and again put it in computers by scanning or something like that...many of you may laugh at me..but I want to learn it..

May I tell you how I do it?
1 - open the page in your browser that you want to print.
2 - hit F12
3 - hit 'print screen'
4 - open 'Paint' and wait
5 - when Paint is open hit 'Paste'
6 - use the various options to cut pieces that you don't need and rub out personal info
7 - Save to a file on your computer when it is finished
8 - Upload to Photobucket (then you get a HTML code and a direct link to your screenshot)
9 Use it wherever. Don't post it in discussions here but put it in your profile, on your blog, on forums and wherever.

Hey dear you tell this thing which is vey important and useful for every one and can you tell one thing see I got tax form and I have to fill out and and email that form to that site, I will be paid thats why I got tax form and instruction is that" just fill out that tax form and you can not save it ,you need to print it and scan and email to that email adress{ which he has given} but I can not write any thing on that paper ,no keys are working so how to write ? and after what is method can you help me plz..

Well I dont know dear may be you need to tak print out and after that scan that paper and save it in your computer and after that you can add that images that I know but I dont know I am right ?

i can send you a file of screen shot which works on ie and mozilla if you have an email id so it could be helpful to you to post screen shots of payment proofs...
