Severe Punishment to Criminals

Well...I am eager to find out what is in peoples mind about severe punishment. Who deserves Death Sentences and who doesnt? I watch the news pretty often or listen to the radio on my way to work or occasionally read something dramatic on the news paper and I see these criminals being sentences SOOOOOOOOO LIGHT, some were on bail and some RELEASED TO THE PUBLIC FOR 999 TIMES... How much would a 6 year old child's life would coast?? 8 years of one's life in jail?? 3 years??? 4 thousands of dollars?? Nothing??? OR ALL AND THE MOST SEVERE PUNISHMENT a MEN COULD RECIEVE....why do we prosecute criminals who takes another person's life and sentence so lightly... So my question to you is if a men takes someone's life, what would be your sentence...my personal statement don't give me deppends how the victim was killed, the hell with that, life taken is ENOUGH to take another life but this time it's the criminal's life...why do prosecutors make this so hard to apply and just execute without mercy...too many criminals for the last couple months and perhaps years have been sentenced very light... I'm not counting the numerous crimes they have solved or criminals they have put away, I am sure they've put away a great number of them. They are doing their job ya, but do they always? mmmmmm I question their job sometimes, I question their judgement
