Do you enjoy fruits and vegetables?

I personally enjoy fruit a lot. Whenever I'm just sitting n watching tv n i need a snack I always grab a juicy apple or a banana or a tangerine. I enjoy fruits, I think they're very yummy. Vegetables I am not as fond of, but if I get a nice garden salad I enjoy it. At the moment I am actually snacking on chilled baby carrots out of the bag. I usually dont snack on vegetables but I've just found out that chilled baby carrots are so juicy n sweet n refreshing. I also love cucumbers n pickles. I think a part of this is my drive to make my body healthier by eating healthier. So I enjoy these things. But a lot of people, especially kids don't seem to ever want to eat vegis or fruit. I understand the vegetables but I personally cannot see how people cannot love sweet fruit, its almost like a dessert. So how about u? du like fruit and vegis?

I prefer fruits. I love fruits so much. I can survive the whole day by just eating fresh fruits. I'm not really a fan of veggies but until now, my mom still forces me to eat veggies and she puts it on my plate. Kinda funny because I feel I'm still a kid but I realized it is really good for our health and I don't mind anymore if my mom wants me to eat veggies. I just eat them even I'm disgusted sometimes. I just try to put in mind that this is for my own good. =)

I love fruits.I eat fruits for dessert.I love bananas,apples,grapes,and oranges.I love sweet fruits that are good for dessert.I love vegetables with rice.I even eat apple for breakfast.it is very healthy and helps make my immune system stronger.

haha u seem to reply to a lot of my discussions! :P Yes me too, its like dessert for me. yummm. vegetables with rice, especially wild rice is delicious! i love mixing in fruit with plain yogurt too.

I love lots of different fruits and lots of different vegetables. I can't think of a single fruit that I don't like and and I don't love all vegetables but I don't hate any either, and I love a lot more of them then I just like a little. Unfortunately the rest of my family does not love them like I do. I can get them to eat broccoli although they moan and complain about it, but they will eat it. Sometimes they will eat cauliflower but complain about that, they all like corn and peas, and everyone but my daughter likes lettuce, but that is about it. Me I love green beans and zucchini but don't make them often because I am the only one that likes them, actually my youngest will eat zucchini if I bake it with cheese on it, but on one else will.

hmm. well when I was smaller I wasn't that much into vegetables either. I was a picky eater like most kids are. My mom would always make squash but I never liked it! ick! But yet now as I am older I seem to have expanded my palette and I enjoy things like squash n zucchini now. I actually like cauliflower. When its in soup its very soft n yummy. and often as a supper thing my dad will make this fry up made out of bread crumbs and butter and fry it in a pan. then u just pour it on top of boiled cauliflower (at least i think its boiled, its all soften up already, i think tats wat u do to cauliflower). we use the same stir up thing with stringbeans.

i eat lot of fruits anytime fruits is available by season and i make it as a fruit shakes , cook as a jam or eat fresh. they are delicious and healthy to the body.

Yes, I love fruits and eat lots more when they're in season. Me and my mom usually go to farmer markets to get the freshest fruit when its in season. n it tastes so much better because its locally grown and organic as opposed to the store. I love getting fruit shakes as well from this local shop. yum!

Hello wigima5 this is checkmail and often do eat both fruits as well as vegetables and also like it the most.Yeah vegetables are regualr, but fruits as being seasonal are inbetween breaks.Even nowadays the prices of fruits are more than that of vegetables so, vegetables are eaten most of the time.Whenever have some spare time, I like to much some fruits and vegitables.Yeah carrots and bit are mine much eaten vegetables, and in fruits apples and banannas, the most.Many a times think the fruits should be avail at low prices and avail through out the year.Both vegetables and fruits are an good source of vitamins suppiments to our body, even makes our health better, increases resistance power, etc.

Yes fruits and vegetables are sooo packed with antioxidants and vitamins and help our immune system so much. especially lemons and kiwi! I rarely ever eat kiwi, but they are sooo packed with tons of vitamins.

I practically grew up with fruits and vegetables in our province. Now, that I'm already living in the city, I really missed most of these food. Fruits and vegetables are very expensive in the urban areas. My husband and I love to munch fruits while resting/discussing, reading books or watching TV/movies.

Yes I love fruits and vegetables though I am a non vegetarian.My dining table tray is always full with the seasonal fruits.Usually summer is the time we get a variety of fruits here including the delicious mangoes.My all time favourite is the Lychie.I am looking forward to the next season of Lychies eagerly.

Personally, I don't really like to eat vegetables and fruits. But I have to eat it since I am on a diet program now. My doctor asked me to eat more healthy foods and of course I have to eat fruits and vegetables. I know that vegetables and fruits are the best foods that I should take when I have to do diet.

Well good luck with that. =) I'm sure if u stick to it and get into the healthy food habits, then you'll really enjoy them. I mean I started substituting in healthy foods since this summer. I just had this desire and want to become a healthier individual, and a LOT of it comes from food. sometimes its not just about calories, its just about what types of foods you eat. And once I started cutting back on junk food since then now when I see junk food I don't feel as much of a pull as i used to, sometimes i find it overly salty or fatty and I don't enjoy it much. but tats a good sign. So I believe ull make it, just me be strong willed, and dont give in for food, i mean its just food! =D good luck!

Yes! I like fruits and vegetables. I like magoes, apples, watermelons, melons, banana, tomatoes, grapes, and pineapple for fruits. I enjoy eating them especially for snacks and desserts after a meal.

Hi wigima I dont usually eat any of the two, but between those two, i prefer fruits. I do enjoy eating an apple or a banana. The vegetable i eat them on soups, vegetable soups are really good.

While I do enjoy them, I will admit that I probably don't eat them as often as I should. I need to learn to do so more often. I might actually feel a lot better. In fact when I do eat them I do feel a bit better then when I eat what could easily be considered junk. Though I'm trying to adapt.

yes, u know wats a good trick? If junk food isnt in ur house, u wont eat it! simple as that. ive noticed that. my family doesnt keep much junk food in the house, and when they do buy chips from time to time then I tend to eat like the whole bag in one day. even if ur tempted but theres nothing in the house u cant eat it. well my family keeps the fruit out in a big basket so its easier to grab and ur reminded of it more. where if its in the fridge like most ppl do, u can often not want to eat it as much and u wont think of it as often.

Yes!! I love fruits especially. Vegetables are good too but I would choose fruits over veggies any day =D I especially love peaches, oranges, grapes, pears, cherries and plenty others which I can't name because there are so many of them! For veggies, I love carrots too =D I really like spinach (like Popeye x]), lettuce, tomatoes (I'm not sure if it's considered a veggie or not...), avacado, and others. I especially like eating fruits alone or in some sort of huge mix. I really like eating those fruit cups too!! I usually eat vegetables in my homecooked meals but I like eating carrots by itself as well =]

I love fruits and vegetables. I love corn, potatoes, tomatoes, strawberries, and you pretty much name it when it comes to vegetables and fruits. I definitely like to eat healthy.

I love all kinds of fruits I can't really think what my favorite would be maybe Mango and watermelon I think those are 2 of my favorites and as for veggies I love all of those as well.I do love the carrot sticks with ranch dressing.I love cucumbers too they are good just alone with a little salt and also in a salad.

Yes I enjoyed both fruits & vegetable a lot because as I have experienced it makes my body lean & make me feel healthy than eating meat always. My skin is glowing many commented of the porcelain skin I have from then since I discovered it I always see to it that I have a balance diet.

i agree with you and though some veggies may taste bad. there is a lot of ways to eat it in a more delicious cooking. plus it's healthy and make life more longer. though I don't eat as a snack except if its in salad. but eating veggies and fruit is a good way if you want to eat longer.
