how to develop abs?????????????????

what are the exercises to be done to get perfect abs to the body????????????????? any guide lines or food diet to be maintained etc etc...... please do respond

hello ammabhagawan. There is lots of factors you need to take into consideration before you achieve those so called "perfect abs", first of all is your body type, and your metabolic rate. Some people never get those ripped abs, you do however can do a list of exercises to improve the overall look. First I suggest you do lots of cardiovascular exercise (that´s if you have belly fat. That will help you shed the fat you really don´t want around those abs, remember that the more muscle you have the more calories you burn. Don´t forget to also have a good weight training program, doing too much cardio can result in muscle loss, and for building those abs that´s the least you would want. And as for the diet, in order to maintain your muscle you would need proteins, such as meat, tuna, chicken etc... Also make sure you keep your carbohydrates at good levels, your carbs in simple words are your energy. Having a healthy eating like eating your vegetables, fruits, bread, whole grains, meats, fish etc etc... ohh and no fried stuff at all, and if you can use olive oil and not corn or vegetable oil. olive oil is rich in omega3 and has what we call the good fat.
