When I was applying for college, the things I considered were its curriculum and cost. I didn't think about location much because I knew that if I wanted to enter a certain university that's far from where I live, I could just rent a space in a dormitory.

I think now a days many choosing affordable school, the quality of teaching, and the name of the universities or colleges. Sometimes the name of the schools is much important than to their quality of teaching but for me the most important is the quality of teaching and than to their names.

Cost and Location seem to go hand in hand when it comes to universities. In-state universities (in the state where you're a resident of) are MUCH chaper than going to non-resident schools. These days, cost is definitely the most important aspect of looking at schools, if you ask me!

In my country, the cost of good universities are nearly the same everywhere, so I chose a good quality one. But each university has it's own fame. One is famous because of it's law students, or economic faculty, etc. And when searching for a job, the owners of CEO of the companies usually has their preferrences. They will quickly sympathize those that graduated from the same school he/she did. So choose a university that has successful alumnus in big corporates.

Hi. My primary consideration when I selected the university I went into was their reputation for the course that I was planning to study. My objective was to pass the board examination right after graduation. I researched for the best universities' state board passing rates. I chose the university which was able to consistently produce the highest number of certified public accountants annually. The university's location and cost of education were just secondary to the factors which I have considered.

When I was looking into universities, I considered location, cost and the feel of the campus. I wanted to be in a warmer area and I didn't want to attend a huge school, but I didn't want the campus population to be small either. Cost did play a factor, but I got scholarships so it came down to the other two factors mostly. Obviously, it's important to consider everything to ensure that you get the best college experience.

Surroundings is important because this is where you will do extracurricular things. Cost is important too. This is very important. Also you want to like the college. You don't want to regret going there. If you have doubts then assess your situation. You may be able to look further. Location is important because you want to like it. If you have a good experience then this may effect your education.

The most important factor in choosing a university is the quality of teaching, the academic atmosphere.Besides, the surrounding environment, the location and so on.In a word,I don't think the location is the most important factor about choosiong a university.
