I'd love to make friends with fellow believers around the world. How long have you been saved, do you go to church etc. I would love to hear from you!

Hi, as you can see, I am new also. Just joined tonight and glad to see other Christians here. I have been saved for 13 years and I do go to church on a regular basis. I work in Children's Ministries.

Jesus is the reason for the season - Jesus
Hi! I have been saved for about 20 years now, and I am involved in my Church too. I help in the Children's Ministries, the Music team, and in the Kitchen, I am also in charge of the Audio Visual Department. LOL sounds like a lot in one sentence, we are a small church at the moment, but we are growing!

Sorry so long with a response, I was sick for a while. It does sound like you are busy, but I know how it is in a small church. Everyone wears many hats. But it is rewarding.

Hi, I don't understand exactly what you mean when you say that you have a Jesus photo in your cabin?

I think it means that they do not associate with the Christian faith, but want to have the love of Jesus. I know people that do not attend a church and look at you weird when you say that you will pray for them, but at the same time have a portait of Jesus in their home. I don't know if it's a symbol of what they would like to have or what. I would rather have the love of Jesus pouring upon my heart and my life and worship Him and talk to Him daily.

It's good to hear that you're going to Church again. I went through a time of not going to Church much. I was trying to find which denomination would suit me best. I'm happy to say that I love the Church I'm in, and intend staying for as long as God wants me to!

I am a Christian. Jesus Christ has been changing my life since the past two years. Yes, I do go to church every Sunday. But I believe being a Christian is more than just going to church, more than just reading the Bible, more than just praying. Our Christianity is more about our personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Jesus is the Saviour of the world - Jesus
Nice to meet you. I agree that the most important part of being a christian is having a deep relationship with Jesus.

Yes, I am. I became a Christian as early as 11, but I honestly believe that it has only been in the last half dozen years that I have understood the awesome responsibility God has placed on us to be a catalyst in winning souls to the Kingdom and making a difference. We are not saved only for our own sake, but to do God's work. Since being baptised in the Holy Spirit, I have been a new person. This simple act has made all the difference in the world to how I now live. Yet in the last few years, I have had more persecution than ever. I hope this means that I have stepped up to the plate and had a go for Jesus.

Hi, Paul, It is good to see that you have reached such a level of understanding about our duty as a Christian. Take heart in 1 Peter 4. We will suffer for His sake and, considering what Jesus did for us, it is all gain for His glory.

Yes. I am... even though I don't go to church I believe in God and am currently (but not actively) researching different churches so that I can start going regularaly. My mom always said it doesn't matter...they all believe in the same God. God Bless.

Hi! I hope you find a good church, it's not the most important part of having Jesus in your heart, but it is very uplifting to have people around you who can encourage you.
