last this one week, my maid go to her home to get married. And already this week also, my wife and I had to search for housekeepers. It was exhausting .. Most of the prospective maid I met, questioned whether there was a washing machine at my home or not, what was his job, whether taking care of small children including her task or not and other her questions .. so makes me think, who be the employer and the boss, she or I am ? How about you, buddy ... are you ever had trouble finding housekeepers/ maid? or you have information about maid? if you have information, please share to me

Maid ... that's always been a family matter, from year to year is always the same. Not only do you have it, sir. Maybe all these families in Indonesia, in a household, everyone was busy with their work, needs one or two maids to manage and maintain the house. And mostly, the prospective maid is always asking, whether at home have a washing machine? Do they have to take care of babies or small children? How the size of the house? And so on. And again, they paid less, they are demanding salaries above minimum wage a little more. There are friends who have servants, paid about one million rupiah per month. Looking for maid is difficult, especially ahead of Idul Fitri. They asked for holiday about 2 weeks. And the employer was waiting for them with great concern, they come back or not. If they come back is better, but if not, we should get ready for a new maid, and it was consuming a lot of time, effort, and money, and not always directly compatible with his new employer. That's what my parents experienced in Jakarta. Every year, always replace the maid. Whether it was because did not fit with my parents, back to Lebaran, but not returned, the reason their parents are also sick but in fact did not come back, getting married, and thousands of their dumb reasons to quit their job. Fortunately, I have a faithful servant and diligent, and happy to keep my daughter who was 1.5 years. She had come with me about 2.5 years now. But before that, I also difficult to find maid.

My husband doesn't want to pay a maid, also he thinks they will steal from us. But the best advice I have ever gotten on the subject is to talk to other people who have a maid. If you can find somebody with one that they really like and trust, chances are she will work out for you too.

yes, maybe the real fact, the attitude of your husband like my attitude, don't want to pay the maid. But, since my kids were little, and while my wife works like as me, so I forced, until my kids can take care of themselves, I have to pay workers a maid ... Your suggestion to ask the people who use my maid has run .. thanks for your advice, my friend

if you have a hard time finding a trusted maid you should contact an agency with a wide list of maids in their database they could help you. in my locality most of the maid i find is from the remotest rural places as the rates is cheaper compare to finding maid in an urban areas. if you could not find yet a maid it is better to go to your local radio station and let the dj announce you were looking for a maid someone may hear you and they could contact you.

Getting a house help that also a good one can really be a pain especially when you are always on the move. As you rightly pointed out that sometimes you really do not know who is the employer ? I got a house help after a long search but am still not satisfied but dhave a choice or will have to do it on my own so just waiting for the right one (sigh)
