They say when you do something major think of it a number of times before doing it because it will come back to you a hundredfold. Do you believe in that?

I sure do believe in karma, and yes, I do think a lot before I act. It has come back to me hundredfold many times. It's still coming back to me in various forms. You hurt somebody, that energy is going to come way harder and tougher back on you later, and hunt you down worse than how you hurt them. If you love selflessly and act wise, and be generous and help the needy, you will see how their blessings follow you all the time, and how the universe provides you hundredfold. Everything is karma, right from the moment our parents decide to have a baby, the thought is karma, and the seed is sown already before the copulation is done, and finally it leads to us being born on earth. Every subtle thought in the minds of parents involve in attracting exactly a nature of that particular soul suited to the nature of parents, and that's also karma. Law of karma is very very deep and complicated to understand. It works out in many layers, and if you keep exploring you will realize something new over and over again.

Correction : Every subtle thought in the minds of parents involve in attracting a particular soul possesses a nature similar to the thoughts of those parents who are involved in the act of reproduction. I am just rephrasing that line a bit.

Hi hunieby, Yes I believe in karma, but I'm not sure that it comes back a hundredfold. I believe that we are all one, all interconnected in some way and that's why the things we do or say to another must eventually come back to us.Judge not and you shall not be judged, condemn not and you shall not be condemned, forgive and you shall be forgiven. Blessings.

I didn't used to believe in Karma, but I do now. I don't know the details, but I do know that we pay dearly for our mistakes, and it may well be a hundredfold for all I know. What I can't figure out is how to live a blameless life that harms no one. So often the harm we do, we aren't even necessarily aware of. And, how can we reduce our karmic load? By doing good to others? I'd appreciate hearing your thoughts on this.

Hi hunieby! Yes, I believe in karma. Once you do good to people, it will be back to you. Once you do bad things, then your karma will be bad too.

Yes! Do unto others as you wish them to do to you. Whatever you do will always come back, every single time, sooner or later. Of this I am certain!
