What is the best firework show that you have seen in your city and why?

In my city,we have firework show one to twice a year.The best show we have was on the National Day.Because the government would spend millions of dollars for a show like this.Although it is a waste of money,but sometimes people in the city need some of this activity to cheer them up a bit.At the same time,the government was trying to use this kind of celebration to help people to love the city and the country more.I think the kids are the people who will always feel excited about firework the most.What about your city?Tell us about it?

When I was nineteen years old I went with my friends to Crystal Palace to see one of the most amazing firework parties ever. I remember seeing the fantastic fireworks and they were extra special. They had World War II sound effects. It was a memorable evening.
On 5 November the year I went around the world I saw fireworks over Darling Harbor. It was a short but lovely little firework display.
On the night of 31 December 1999 into 1 January 2000 London had a wonderful firework display. My friends and I walked along until the crowds got so thick we had to stand still. Fireworks over the River Thames went off. It was a magical like night. Walking to the train station there was much broken glass on the pavement.

One of the best firework and lightshow displays was at Alton Towers here in the UK. They made a complete show which was like a cross between war of the worlds and independance day. There were explosions and even simulated welcome wagon helicopters. The ultimate was a three d laser image projected across the lake. Awesome show.

The only time I get to see fireworks is when I go to maine on the 4th of july which is awesome to see fireworks. Since they go throughout the whole beach and whats also cool is looking at all of the boats that park and wait for the fireworks to begin since we have a pretty good view of them since we are on the 8th floor. So there awesome to see.
