How late will you go to sleep?

It's alomst one o'clock mid night, I'm watching a movie while typing in mylot. It's a Saterday night which makes it so late, won't bother to get up early catching the bus! Usually I'll sleep between 23:30 - 0:00 everyday. It's said it's not good for your health if sleep after midnight. So don't stay too late my pals. Have a good night!

Being a college student, I arrive home late and must leave early in the morning and because of this, I need all the sleep I can get. So on business days, I would stay up not more than 23:00 but on friday nights, saturday nights and sunday nights, it would be normal for me to still be awak at 1:30 in the morning. Obviously, the next morning I would wake up at around 10:00. Your point on having little sleep is unhealthy is totally true, our body needs the rest so it can perform actions while we are asleep, such as digestion and growth.

Hi chriszh, the best time for us to have a proper sleep is between 11 pm to 3 am. I have learned this from some the articles about sleeping health. This is the very time for both our liver and gall bladder to carry on the respective process of expulsion of toxin in different. If I'm not mistaken the firs two hours is for liver. This will process smoothly only during our sleep. Though I know it's nice for us to sleep during the said time mentioned, I still couldn't manage to go to bed early. The weather is cool as well as the environment is tranquil so it's quite difficult for me to part with either the tv or laptop. Yeah, I'm an night owl I'm already accustomed to stay up late almost daily. For the sake of health I think it's time for me not to stay until the wee hours Take care and happy posting

I think that I stay up very late. I rarely go to sleep before 1 a.m, even sometime I have to get up early the next day. I know it's not good for health, but it must take a long time to change a habit. But I'm trying to set up a new time table, and I need a bit of will more to carry out the rules.

i usually sleep at 3 am to 4 am in the evening and usually wake up by 8 in the morning. As i do most of my research and online activities at night as i could not do it in morning schedules as it is quite busy during the day that the computer is also uses by other people.

Hi, chriszh22! It is different every night, but I don't go to sleep earlier than 00:00. Every night I watch a movie and I go to sleep at about 0:30-01:00. but today maybe I will stay a little bit longer, because tomorrow I have a name-day and I will celebrate it with my girlfriend- we also will watch some Christmas movie and have some cake and something to drink. So tonight I probably will go to sleep at about 02:00-02:30 in the morning.
