Hope We Can't Look Back When We're All Dead....

After watching 2012 and hearing stories eversince I was a kid about the world coming to an end, I feel despair and a deeper sadness that made me always stop for a second. Come to think of it, when all of these are gone but our memories remains and somehow remembers all the great feelings, moments, the people around you, the music, the plants or whatever causes you to breathe and smile then it will surely makes you sad from within. I know we can all say "let's just not think about it" or "let mother nature take its course", but it still boils down that one way or the other its the end of everything. Though we are not sure if its also the end of our memories. How about you? What certain feeling do you feel when this kind of thing crosses your mind? I'm pretty sure one way or the other we all thought about this happening someday.
