Hi, my friends, do you have your own house ? Do you think the house is so expensive now? As far as I am concerned, I think the house is so expensive now which is so big for me. Sometimes, I think I do not have the ability to afford the house now. Can the price of the house reduce later?I hope the day's coming. What about ? Do you have your dream house? What do you think the house now?

hi,friend,i am lucky enough to had a house surrounded with my most loving garden.Esecially i designed it to have both flower plants and erect type og vegetables.I constructed it in 1995,the rates[cement,iron,labour..] are reasonable when compared to now. But one thing is sure that the retes never become down,so don't wait for it.Whenever possible, once you want, start construct house, that's all.All the best and have a nice time.

I don't have my own house. One of the reasons I don't want one is the expense, plus you have to deal with whatever happens yourself, from replacing a fridge to yard work. In my apartment, I just call the landlord and they deal with whatever it is.

Yes, I have my own house and I bought it four years ago. To buy it I used the money I got from selling my cottage plus a bit extra. Houses are expensive to buy and I can only afford one house. Downstairs I have a kitchen and a lounge. Upstairs I have a double bedroom, a shower room, a single bedroom and a bathroom. I have a small front garden and a medium sized back garden with a shed. I have two parking spaces. I like where I live because my house is situated on the edge of a coastal town. It has a rural view of fields and a river at the back of it. It is not my dream house. Since I have bought it my family has grown. I have a disabled toddler son and a baby girl. I should try to move to a bungalow for the benefit of my toddler son.

I am not having my own house currently.I am living in my father's house and I think it is not to our comfort with the increase of family members.Soon I have to build a new house with all the facilities I like to have and that will not be my dream house but the house that will be comfortable for all.Real estate will never come down and the cost of erecting a new house will not decrease,I bet.

Hi, monkeylong. No, I don't have my own house that I own yet. I have lived in a rental house a year ago. The prices of houses are reducing due to the economy and the foreclosure rates. My dream house would be one that I blueprinted, having every detail outlined the way that I like it. It would be in a nice and quiet neighborhood. A house is great to have. You have more privacy and less restrictions. I want to someday have my own house. I would love it!

I don't have my own house now. It's frustrating, you know lol. Currently we are saving to buy a house and hopefully next year we can buy one. Actually the price of the house depends on the location. If it's in the city, then it would be awfully expensive due to its strategist location. If you do not mind to live in a suburban town, than the price can be a little cheaper. I want a house which is near my office, so we don't have to rush to work every morning, but, since it's in the city, the price is so high. Nope, the price of properties like houses will continue to raise. Better save from now on if you want to buy it. Good luck!

I too have a dream house :) but thinking of the rates, its very difficult to get it now. And it never goes down. Its better to get it as soon as possible.
