The quickest for me is broiled salmon. I don't even have to deforst it. I just dust squeeze some lemons over top, and dust it with salt and pepper then pop it in the oven to broil. After a few minutes, when it looks cooked, I just spread butter over the top for it to melt, and it's all done. A home favorite!

Unfortunately, this dish does not travel well. Which means, the kids love it and it doesn't stay long on the table. They've soon cut it up into their plates the minute I put it down. We also do love pancakes! Specially on weekends when we all have slept in. We'd have the pancakes at around noon. Maple syrup and all!

I am not a very good cook, but I can make a big meal for six people. Six is the maximum number of people I have ever cooked. I like to cook rice, which is the simplest home cook meal according to me. Once I cook rice, I need to make some dishes to have with that. Most of the people in my country like rice and it is the most common cooked dish. It is easy for me to prepare chicken curry as a side dish for rice. I also get some curd and pickle which will form a very good combination with rice. Potato fry is another dish which is easy to make and all my family members like that.

Pot Roast - sear and season meat. Stuff into a crockpot, add onions, potatoes and carrots. Cook all day, come home, enjoy! Thats as easy as it gets. If I am in a hurry, I will do a salad or sandwiches.

Grilled cheese and tomato soup, hamburgers and oven fries, spaghetti with meat sauce, chili and seasoned pork chops with rice and milk gravy are among the easiest things to make. Even a ham steak instead of pork chops works. But, I've been known also to make creamed dried beef gravy with potatoes and toast or pancakes and sausage for supper (aka dinner), too.

The simplest food that I can cook are fried chicken, grilled pork, adobo and sinigang. These dishes are very easy to prepare and I can cook it all by myself when I mother is not around to cook for us.

I think the easiest is pasta, I just boil water, put pasta and boil. when pasta is really I add everything i have in a fridge. A little bit of butter, cheese, sausages etc...easy and tastes good...sometimes I add sour cream, cheese and garlic, taste good :) fast and simple!!!
