i take a bath in the morning before going to office and then another one before i sleep. it feels refreshing to go out of the house after bath and it's so comfortable to sleep when u've just been in the shower...

I usually take a bath at night, it's a good way to relax after a long day and wash away any troubles you might have had.

I take a hot soaking bath every morning and if I feel achey, itchy, or extra grimy or sweaty, I'll take one at night too!
