Some people just worry about even petty things. Some people are gifted with strong minds who can take even big problems lightly and avoid worrying on it. How about you?

Hello dear brother, Unnecessary things shouldn't be worried for. The word unnecessary alone is not necessary to worry and think about. Well, yah, there are some people who keep worrying about things that hasn't been done, nor has had to be done yet. And these people are most likely to suffer from anxiety. I do feel worried sometimes, when i come to the thinking that, next year my daughter will be entering another stage of her life, she will be at the university next year. I feel worried becoz, she hasn't made up her mind what course to take up. i feel worried becoz,if she will just rushed up with choosing a career, maybe the next day she will end up getting bored or lost interest with it..ohhh...i feel worried really

actually this evening while she's doing her homeworks,i come to her side and ask if she already made up her mind. She loves musics a lot,she can play flute very well, she's a campus choir leader. So i suggest she takes up conservatory course, but, she doesn't like it. I just hope she will choose what course then,we need to look for some schools now.(ugh!)

Let her decide the course but you should tell about the future of these courses to her so that she can combine her interests, skills and future scopes to take the correct decision.

So long as it does not disturb me I do not bother about any thing whether it is small or big. If It affects me in any way, then I will interfere and try to solve it within my means and If I can not, then i will adjust according to that. When we can't cure it we have to endure it. That is my policy

And also sometimes about my pets like one of them don't like their food, I will worry about him/her will not eat it and get sick. I have to send a message to my mother to check on that pet of mine if he or she eaten already and when my mother answered no I will worry more. That petty things, I can't dettached it to myself. I worry for small things and big things. all of my life all I do is to worry about everything LOl.

Hi vijay uncle, I am very much worried for the small things sometimes. But in other situations i take them very lightly. I act according to the situations but everything i take it cooly as it is. Worrying always makes a man very depressed in life. Its a waste of time and also by worrying the problem not gets sorted. Have a great time.

Nice you take the worries lightly sometimes. Usually people start worrying when they age. The main reason is they will get more of negative thoughts when they age.

Hi. Sometimes I do but not often. I grew up with so many financial and emotional problems. Somehow, I was able to live with it and started not to worry on everything when I realized that all people have problems - they just differ in nature and circumstances. Also, I noticed that the more I worry about my problems - they more I attract other problems to worry about. Now, I just live one day at a time - trying my very best not to worry about the past and the future.

Yes, that is the secret, yugasini. If you can view a big problem as small then your tension will go off. Nice technique indeed.

I try not to worry about much at all. Worrying isn't going to help anything really. That doesn't mean I don't think about it, and make sure everything is all right, but I don't sit around and stress out about something I can't help. I have friends who are like that and they are always worried about something. THey need to just relax, and then think things through. If your calm, you're going to handle things better, you know?

I do at times. Long after the issue is resolved - in some way - I feel myself getting angry at the errant (who I believe to be errant) :). May be I feel that way because I think the person has not been punished sufficiently. So is it my need to punish may be? I dont know. But I do spend time reflecting on that. And tend to think too far in future at times. This actually started from days when I was finding it tough. So planning till a reasonable future was the norm. It would take me so many years of doing this and so on. Now, I cant get rid of the habit. I should really learn to live and take things as they come. Even right now, our State is in turmoil of some sort. There is some talk of the state being divided today. I can hear the news. Post partition, there is every likelihood of a scene similar to Indo Pak partition. Well, that is my imagination of course. And it is unnecessary. Because it it has to happen, it will. Just because there was a movement like that several years ago, doesnt mean it will be in the same way. But fear lurks. :(

vanadana, you need to take things as they come. This is very important. We are living in a country where almost all the people around you will err. You can't afford to live tensed for their deeds. Life is like we drive on a busy traffic road. So many drivers would drive carelessly annoying you. You can't afford to stop every one and argue or fight with them. If you do you can't reach your place on time. So please learn live with the erring people around you. It is just a friendly suggestion, thanks.
