Am i pregnant?

Last october i posted the same topic bcoz i was vomiting, feel dizzy and delayed for a week then after a week i got my menstruation maybe bcoz i process some important document the whole day and i was walking with a very high high heels so when i got home i feel heavy and pain in my lower back then the next day i got my menstruation.
Right now, Im almost 3 weeks delayed now but im not vomiting and not feeling dizzy though i feel tenderness in my boobs and cramps in my lower abdomen as what i really feel if my menstruation is coming. I dont want to tell my friends and hubby that i might be pregnant coz im afraid i am not and i will just get disappointed.
My questions is. Is it possible that i am pregnant though i dont have morning sickness, what can you say about having breast tenderness and cramps below my stomach. You think im just really delayed for 3 weeks? is it really possible. im not regular but normally im only delayed for days the longer was last oct which is almost a week.

Hi homeshoopers! I hope you are for I know you are wanting it too. Anyways, you can be pregnant even if you don't see or feel any signs of pregnancy. It is actually depends on your body on how to react on certain changes...
If you wanted to be sure, you can always do "pregnancy test". You can buy that over the counter without prescription needed. I always use that whenever I am doubt... For me it is accurate, 99%. You would know the result in one to three minutes. It can even detect pregnancy even on the first day of missed period. 
The first morning urine is the most suitable because it generally contains the highest concentration of hCG or human chorionic gonadotropin.

OMG, It's positive! there's two very clear purple line in my pregnancy test kit it means i am pregnant lol... I don't know what to do now. or better yet go to OBgyne first and check what happen, whew. I hope everything will going out well... Im so excited but nervous and scared i don't know what to feel. i feel like i want to cry huhuhu

hello! i understand how frustrating and confusing that can be having been there myself. i do know that it is possible that you can have a period and be pregnant and so with that being said you could have been pregnant during that last cycle. your best bet is to buy a test. they are correct because the lines wont show unless the hormone is in your urine. you could get a false negative but not a false positive. if it is positive than congrats! either way with symptoms and a crazy cycle like that you should see your gyno. good luck!

With my first pregnancy I had morning sickness and with my second I didn't at all.
Why don't you take a pregnancy test to find out? Three weeks late is a long time.

You should take a pregnancy test. Thats best to know for sure. 3 weeks is a bit delayed, so go ahead and find out. If so then congratulations and go to the doctors. I know a few of my friends that were pregnant and they did not have morning sickness at all. So yes, it could be possible to not have morning sickness. Another good question to ask yourself, is are you stressed about something or anything, because that could cause a delay in your menstration coming.

Hi, homeshoppers. Why don't you go to your local health department and let the nurse give you a free pregnancy test. I think that your missed period can be for only five weeks or more. That is how it is for us. And you may can find another clinic that will offer it for free too. Like a crisis center. I hope that you are able to figure out if you are pregnant or not.

That is one of the sign and symptoms of pregnancy. We cannot tell if you are pregnant unless you do your pregnancy test. Try to go to OB-GYNE for check up. We cannot rely on what we feel. The best is pregnancy test being done. Hopefully that you are on going pregnant.

Laydee is right, the only thing you can do is to get a home pregnancy test and see for yourself if you are preggy. If you doubt on the result, then do a clinical test or see a doctor.
It's difficult to just think if you really are preggy or not by just reading signs, coz you might have it all wrong so what I can say is to a check up or buy a reliable home pregnancy test. Good luck on the test.

Hello friend,
It is hard to determine your situation,and not every pregnancy feels the same.
I had 3 kids and every pregnancy i had,i feel different symptoms too.
I think it is better you buy a pregnancy test kit for some home test,and,better be careful also.
The first trimester(3 months)is the most sensitive stage of pregnany.
You need to be careful,and be watchful with your moves and activity.

If you are 3 weeks delayed now better use a pregnancy tet which you can only use at home so that when the result is positive you can immeiately see an OB-GYNE the sooner the better that you will be given a vitamins for you & your baby. Pregnancy for me doesn;t necessarily comes with Nausea, Vomitting because when I get pregnant with my 1st baby I did not experience those things only on the 2nd Month that I knew I was pregnant. So if I were you better check it now so that you know what to do & its a very wonderful gift which you can give to your husband this time of the year its Christmas. Good Luck! Take Care & God Bless!
