Search engines which pays

Hi,
Recently I have come across a search engines which pays points for every search you made. The points can used to buy products or can be converted into cash. Anybody know about more search engines like this? Are these scams?

i know of one called homepage friends..i havent reached cash out yet though!but i am used to it already..so i just used it like any normal search engine

I had joined a number of such search engines, and had been doing the searches. Nut, I never got paid. It was just too much of a waste of time. I have now totally stopped spending time on those sites. Instead, I am spending more time on "online writing" sites. That's more enjoyable and rewarding. I have been paid regularly by those programs.
