For the past 4 or 5 years I have been recycling all the steel cans from work! I work in a kitchen and we go through a lot of cans! Soup,suaces,pie fillings,olives,canned veggies and canned fruit are some of the food we get in cans. We used to have a recycling dumpster by the garage dumpsters! When we needed another garage dmpster so there went the recycling one! I have been trying to get one back by the college I work at is being cheap and won't get one at this time! So I recycle all the cans! I get a little money recycling the steel cans but I know I'm doing a good thing! If I didn't the steel cans would end up in a landfill takening up space it shouldn't be! When I go to the recycling center I take an like 145 to over 160 pounds a trip! I go at least twice a month! I could fill a landfill with all the cans I recycle!
