Your Favorite Things About Road Trips

I like to go on road trips but most of all I prefer to travel by train. On road trips I can look out of the window and see lovely scenery. I like coastal views most of all. It can be lovely to stop at at some destinations on the way. I always go by train if a rail trip is available. If it is not I am happy to travel by bus along roads. I am learning to drive and would love to be able to drive my own car.

I road trips, I'm always on the front wheel. So I cannot enjoy the scenery that much since my eyes, mind and body is focused on the wheel. But there will be times in the trip when one had started singing and suddenly the whole family sings too. Its fun to see such happy family like that and I'm very fortunate to be considered one of them.

Hi. During road trips, I really enjoy looking or stopping at the beautiful landscapes of some places. Like you, we normally buy souvenir items or local food products along the way. But what I like most about road trips is the chance for the family/friends to bond and chat about many things.

I love road trips with family and friends, but if it's by myself, I think I would prefer to take another mode of transportation, like a plane. What I love about road trips, is that you get to bond with the people that are in the same vehicle as you. You get to talk to each other and get to know them even more. Also, with family, sometimes at home, we usually do our own thing so we don't really talk too much because we're away from each other, so in a way, road trips help us stick together. What I love most about road trips, is not just going with my own family, but it's going with other families and friends. It makes road trips more exciting when I know that there's a lot of other people coming along with us. While I'm in the car, I love to look at the various landscapes that I see too! It's so interesting because sometimes I come across beautiful landscapes that I would usually only see in movies, so it's a bit overwhelming to see it with my own eyes. Also, I love driving through the small towns along the way because where I live, it's a pretty big city with a huge population and you have to drive quite a bit to get away from it, so it's a breath of fresh air to me to see small towns and a lot of empty fields (or farm lands). I just love imagining what it would be like to live in some of the towns that we pass by. Also, what I really enjoy about road trips, is that I get to physically get away from everything at home and relax. I love listening to music, day dreaming here and there, and thinking about a lot of things. It's just a lot of fun =] I hope that you enjoy your trip to California!! I love the scenery, stopping at random rest areas, gas stations, places to eat. Why? because they are all different and vary in architecture, just something new to look at and pleasing to the eye. Sometimes getting lost is fun, trying to find your way back to where you are going. Its fun spending time with your family/friends even though your going down a road that seems endless. I also love to go shopping on road trips. Listening to extremely loud music and singing hysterically is also a lot of fun. I love just about everything about road trips!

In my opinion,i like road trips,first,it is a good way to relax my body and my inside heart,in addition,it is a healthy activity with oxigen.Then this way to exercise is environment-protected,you can enjoy the sight without pressure,if i have time i will be eager to try this!

Hi there.. The thing I like about road trips is the experiences. When we go somewhere else than our hometown we get to know new people. Every people have different experiences and stories to share. Thus, by communicating with them new knowledge we could obtain. This is what the people from the Era of Renaissance in Europe did to rise again from the Dark Era.

Hi Easy. The things I love best about road trips is that I can take my time, enjoy the scenery, stop and visit those places that interest me, or take a route different than planned because it holds something of interest. Karen

My favorite part is definitely listening to music with people. The long drives would be unbearable without friends and music to pass the time, and it's a great way to bond and make memories. Some music is just perfect to road trips too. Cheers!
