For Computer Geeks: Does anyone know what DNSBL popular ISPs use?

My IP has been blocked several times by comcast and hotmail. I know they normally use DNSBLs (but I can be wrong). Does anyone have an idea on what DNSBL they are using? I would like to check my IP's health with the actual owner of the DNSBL so I can make sure I won't run into trouble with these two ISPs again. I know one DNSBL and it is MAPS from Trend Micro. Their process is pretty straight forward but other DNSBLs are a bit vague like that of backscatterer.org and sorbs.
