Could you recommend an effective way to lose weight ?

Hi,Mylotters, I need your help! I am a college student. In my class, I am the fattest! And just because of this , I have not got a girlfriend so far! I decide to lose weight! But I don't like to take exercises! Could you recommend some effective methods to lose weight? Thank you so much !

I know it sounds boring and SO cliche, but diet and exercies... Eat right, workout 30 mins, 3-5 days a week, live a healthy lifestyle. Even if it is 10 min. powerwalks, just do it! And, if the ladies are put off by your size, that is their problem. Just be confident and yourself and show all the skinny b*tches how its done;)

if exercise bores you then i suggest you invest in an exercise ball (one of those big inflatable balls you can get from most sport stores) and sit on that instead of your desk chair. its comfortable and also gives you a light workout since your muscles are always adjusting to keep you balanced on the ball. it will also help your posture and core stability. also stand up as much as possible. it burns calories in the same way that walking does. speaking of walking try walking everywhere rather than taking the car/taxi/bus. walking is like a triple threat of health, it helps you lose weight, increases your fitness and doesn't pollute the environment. if you need to get somewhere fast then take a bike which is fun and a very good workout. finally sleep is very important. did you know that you burn 50 calories an hour when asleep? or that being tired releases a hormone into your body that makes you hungry? the more you sleep the less you eat and so the more weight you lose.

The best way is not to diet,but cut out the junk foods and add more fresh fruit and vegetables to your diet.You also should be active with exercise.I've become over weight and I'm starting this because in the past I've lost weight by this method.I don't suggest dieting because it makes one obssessed with losing weight.So just more fresh fruit annd vegetables to your diet and get exercise.Stick with it,it don't happen over night.Good luck to you!

Yoga is one of the best ways of losing weight. Of course I can’t go into a full lecture about yoga over here but I can tell you that I have never seen people with better-toned bodies than those who practice yoga. One of the benefits of yoga is that you learn to control virtually every muscle and joint of your body so that the issue of weight gain will cease to exist.
