Can the earnings change if i have 100 people joining from my link?

Hi A;pha7, as Baluyadav said you will earn 25% of what your referrals are earning. But the main thing is they should be active. It does not matter if you have 100 or 1000 or referrals, but they should be active else you will not gain anything form them. Even if on of your member is active you can earn a decent amount from that referral. Just couple of days back someone also started similar discussion where he was having around 40 referrals but was not earning anything as they were not active. I also have around 10 referrals but only couple of them posted few responses which helped me to earn very little. So I am waiting for active referral and hoping for the best. All the best to you. Ensure if you know any referral tell them how mylot works and what are other benefits here in addition to earning. They will surely understand and will be active inturn helping you earn better.
