Are you happy & contented?

In this stage in your life... can you say you are happy? are you contented? But i wonder if what is your measurement of happiness... of being contented... everyone has different criteria maybe as to when they feel happy & contented...
As for me, i am happy because my family is complete and we are all healthy...thanks God! But i do still have some goals in life that i want to accomplish so i am not yet 100% contented. I can say so far so good :)
what about you? are you happy now as to what you have become so far in your life? Are you contented or do you want to accomplish more?

at my stage of life, no I am not really happy, my life is always ups and downs and many more downs than ups.

Heck no! Not to sound ungrateful, because I have a nice(ish) family and my health to be happy about, but I am NO where near where I want to be in life.. in say, 5 years. My schooling, my finances, my car, my "relationships", my "career"(jobs) are all.. a bust pretty much. My life is no where where I thought it'd be by now. But it's a work in progress. I'm happy to SAY that I'm working on this, and that I'll be happy with my life... one of these days.

Yes, i think we can always be happy... small things in our daily lives makes us happy. But being contented, i think its not that eay to be contented bcoz people in general wants to have more than what they have. Its not being greedy for sure but its like people have certains goals in life that they want to achieve and if they do then it helps go one step of being "contented".
