Yes you can withdraw . I have recently withdrawn $ 36 into my SBI account . It works perfectly till the Ultimate limit of $3000 for an unverified account . You can certainly transfer but make sure that the name on your Paypal account and Bank account is exactly same.

Thanks dear but I want to know that when you have withdrawn $36 so how much deduction will be there like 50 rs .and dear I think you are wrong at one point that ultimate limit $3000 actually I beleive withdraw into bank account limit is $500 per month and through check $3000 per month and if you want to exceed your limit so you have to verify your account.

No , I am not wrong . $500 is the monthly limit and when you reach a total of $3000 withdrawn in any period of time, it is mandatory for you to verify your account through the Credit Card. As far as deduction is concerned it Rs. 50 if the amount withdrwan s below Rs. 7000 & above Rs. 7000 there is no Fees deducted. So when I transferred $36 , Rs. 50 were deducted . And yes Paypal will always keep the conversion rate a bit low. So if at mkt. price current rate is Rs. 46 fo $1 then Paypal will only give Rs. 45.2 or something like that.

All i know is PayPal is legit and i already withdraw my earnings from it. They deduct because it has fees to pay so i guess that is the reason for it.

Hi! The deductions are normal. That's where Paypal get their money to continue their business. if you want to withdraw, you need to get your account verified by using either your credit card or debit card. I still believe paypal is the best payment processor out there and I dont trust anyone other than them. they also have a very reliable support team so if you have questions, these people are always willing to help. Goodluck!

You can verify your account with a bank account and a credit card also I believe but they prefer a bank account. I had to verify a bank account in order to use eBay. Unfortunately eBay takes fees from their members as does Paypal, they do it to everyone so it's not just you. Just as you make money, they have to make money as well, it's just the way the world and business works. Once you've been a member of Paypal for a month you can fill out the information and receive your Paypal debit card in the mail and you can use it any place you would a debit or credit card, if you use it at an ATM they will charge you a fee to take out money though, most ATM's are $1.00 to $2.00, some may reach $3.00 believe it or not. It's definitely a pain in the butt when they take fees when I sell on eBay and many people use Paypal to pay for their items. If you haven't been a member on eBay and used Paypal for long as a seller on eBay they actually hold the funds until you ship out the money and it's been 21 days without a problem or the buyer leaves you feedback, it's insane that the seller has to pay out of their own pocket to ship something at first. What if you don't have the money? That's why your selling items and you charge for shipping! That will always aggravate me tremendously.

Even I have an unverified account and I got paid 25 dollars from SearchWarp. But I couldn't withdraw because, the limit is 500$ and I can't verify my debit card, so there are a few complications before I can withdraw the amount. They have deducted the same amount as yours from my account too.

Hi, yes paypal does deduct those fees from everyone - I know it's annoying. I sell things on ebay and accept paypal as my main method of payment. Doing that, both ebay and paypal charge me fees, so I know it's annoying. It's just what we have to pay in order to use the services. Yes, you can withdraw any amount you want from your paypal account any time you want, as long as it is below your monthly maximum. Good luck!

regarding the paypal fees implemented on you, actually it can be avoided if: 1) the person who pays you, transfer directly from his/her paypal amount into your paypal account 2) the person who pays you, funds the money from a debit or credit card, but choose to pay the fees by himself/herself otherwise, you would have to bear the fees of around 3% to 4% plus $0.30.
