what will you do,when you find your shortage??

it seems a stupid question,but now i'm painful for it,i have found this shortage years ago,but until now,i still couldn't change it.one time i told me to do something such as do my clothes washing,do the morning excercise or study from ...clock to ...clock,but when it was the time for me to do it,i was doing something else then i just found some excuses for me and told me that do them next time,and after it i will regret,it will always make me lose some important chances .so have you ever had the same experience and conquer them,share me some tips please!!

I advice that you write your work to do list in a post it paper. then post it in a place where you can always see it so that it will always remind you of what to do in a day or in a week. Make it a habit on doing your checklist so you wont forget to do it.

en..good ideas,my father have adviced me to do that.but it seems i just can't arrange my life well.

I have tried that and I also can't accomplish the things I have written LOL :D So what I did is If you need to do, do it. If you dont want to do, don't do it. Take away all the wants and start thinking the needs :D

Bear in mind that if you stop doing something, eventually you forget what makes you do it. So the only thing you can do to conquer it is doing it everday so you won't forget. It is like, why do you brush your teeth everyday? sometimes you just do it because you are doing it everyday or Why do you eat dinner even if you are not hungry? because you do it everyday and makes it a daily routine. You don't need excuses anymore.

I have the similar shortage,so you answer is helpful for me too.sometimes i drowned myself into playing games,I hate myself.i want to change it ,but sometimes i can't control myself.

I have the same shortage to you!Sometimes I want to get up earlier to do some excerse but I can't get up and I will sleep late!I also know I shouldn't do so but I would like to find some excuses for me! But I think to overcome the shortage,one should have more courage to change oneself!One can develop a habit if she/he insist 21 days!I will change myself too!

yes,i believe you can do it and so do i
