I used to participate in singing, essay writing, drama, dance and debate competitions in school, college and office competitions. I used to get many prizes especially in singing, essay and extempore speech competitions. Did you participate in your school/college/work place functions? If so in what activities did you take part?

Yeah friend,
I used to participate in drama in my school days, but not as an actor but the director. I had directed many dramas and had acted in some of them. Am not a good actor i think. And have gotten many certificates for that. I love those days. And now we have no functions and festivals for students ,in our collage. Really feel boring now here mm.

It is not easy to direct a drama friend. You must have been really talented. May be after your college days, we may expect a good Director named abhaijith in Cinema world. Usually in colleges, there will be few functions is it not? If not any other function, at least Annual Day will be there. Utilise your talent abhaijith.

Oh,,friend i don't think i have that much talent in direction field.
One thing that you said is right ,its very difficult to direct a drama (especially in school),but the reason for that is, there all are same aged fellows around us may be my classmates and all are my friends.So its difficult to control them during the rehearsal times.Its very difficult to make a commanding power over them.
Yeah there are programs on the festival season,but its just some competitions with the classes but no stage programs there.

I have taken participation in almost activity since I joined my first school. I am pursuing my graduation right now but still I am taking part in different activitites.
I have taken paticipation in drama, singing, dancing, debate, sports etc.

No. I never took part in any function of the school or college or office. Generally I am an introvert and do not like to mingle with people and participate in any event. Secondly I do not have any interest in such participations

From your discussions I feel your favourite fields are cookery, embroidery, knitting and tailoring. Participate in those competitions. I am sure all prizes will be yours.

When I was a kid, yes, I did take part in singing, dancing, and drama competitions. I did receive a few prizes as well. :) I was never the first prize winner though. :) Thankfully. :) Had I been, I would have developed a four dimensional ego. LOL.

Not at all Vandana7. You are a humble soul. You cannot develop any ego like A.R. Rahman, who is down to earth. I hope there is a chat room in mylot and a facility to watch video. I will ask you to sing 'Maa Thelugu thalliki mallepu danda'
