what is the best fruit to eat to have a healthy skin?

there are many fruits in our country and each fruit gives certain nutrients in our body to make it healthy. what is the best fruit to be eaten in order to have a healthy skin? the skin becomes dry when the weather is cold and wrinkles are visible when the skin is dry. When the skin is oily it the skin could easily accumulate dirt specially in the face. i believe fruit is the best for skin but what fruit to eat often?

most of the fruits happen to be good for the skin. i make it a point to have atleast one everyday be it orange,pomegranate,papaya or mango.i take almonds too daily for my skin.

All fruits are best for our skin. Papaya, mango, avocado and Grapes are excellent fruits for healthy skin and digestion. But my recommendation for you is carrots. Boiled carrots can dramatically give you an amazingly smooth and radiant skin.

I think the fruits that is best for good skin are berries. Because they are rich in anti-oxidants. It will also help if you take grape seed supplements. I do take a very potent grape seed supplement that has very good rating in the surveys. After taking this for a month I can see that my skin looks younger. I think any fruit that is rich in vitamin C, E and has anti-oxidants are great way to make our skin healthier. They say peanuts, oranges, papaya and grapes can make our skin healthy.

You can eat two Gooseberries early in the morning. It is very healthy and makes your skin very soft and supple. This fruit is rich in Viatmin C and many other nutrients which help your skin and hair.

They say nutrients from papaya makes your skin smooth. I am not a fan of fruits but my mother always say that often :D
