You vs. Them, Reasons why you should follow ur heart when necessary, not theirs

1. Your choices are yours, not theirs.
2. Your mistakes will be yours, not theirs.
3. The mistakes that may arise from their choices for you will affect you, not them.
4. If it turns out bad, they'll forget they said something and remember you did something.
5. If it turns out good, they'll remember they said something and forget you did something.
To sum it all up, it's easier to cope with your own mistakes than the mistakes of others, that's how I see it... what abt u?

you should live your life the way you want to.you should not let anybody dictate you.you should make your own choices.you cannot let anybody decide for you.you should look out for yourself.nobody can love and accept you the way that you do.

I agree. You should never put yourself in a position to allow others to make life-changing decisions for you. Or even the smaller ones, for that matter. Life is all about choices..And we certainly don't want people bossing us around. It's our lives, not theirs! I think people like bosses and parents sometimes forget this, and therefore try to push their opinions and dreams and futures on us. I say: no thank you. We only live once, and I'm sure as heck not spending it doing what my parents want me to do! lol!

yes maezee, it's funny how some people tend to want to run your life for you and in the end, if things go wrong, they can easily back out. i personally go with what i want to do most of the time, however difficult it may seem with so many advisers sticking around cos in the end, you are really ll u've got.

yeah...i think it is better that we should decide for our own sake because after all it is the decision that will affect the situation. They are not involved in the problem, they are just giving their opinions. Each of us are given intelligence to think and we should use it properly.
