No matter what you call it..prayer, spells, meditation. If done properly it puts the waves in your brain at a level that connects you to the spiritual. This is my opinion. I am sure that if we really want something...of course not to be Bill Gates, just normal things, as good health, love, respect, calm, if we use to pray all will be ok, soon or later. I am right? How much do you use prayers in your daily life? I don t ask about "thanks God" after we got something, i ask about a good pray, before we get something. Do you use prayers?Do you believe in prayers power?

I believe in the power of prayer and it must be first felt inside of us.If we make a phone call continuously and ringing for a long time and we're wondering if maybe we should just hang up and try again another time. Then a voice answers and simply says, "I'm here. I'm listening to you." Communication has been established!. The power of prayer is the constant renewal of perspective. Prayer opens our eyes. It extends our horizons. It sheds light into the darkness of our fears and our sorrows, our hopes and joys, our shame and our pride. It gives us new ways of seeing life and relationships, of understanding work and the cost of growing.I don't believe that our prayer changes God's mind or improves God's disposition. God will do what God will do.

I believe in prayer because I pray every day of my life and I know that it works. I also know that God is willing and eager to respond to our prayers because He loves us. Of course, He already knows our needs, wants and desires before we voice them. But, He won't act without our action. The greatest gift, beside life itself, is free choice, freedom to choose and act. God will do nothing to violate that. My prayers, coupled with my faith and works, are always answered and have brought many blessings into my life. Chief among these are: 1. Being closer to God, which brings fulfilment and joy. 2. Being settled and established in my faith, which brings confidence and purpose. 3. Receiving gudance for life, which brings progress and bears much fruit. 4. Understanding of God, which brings understanding of self, since we are all His children and draw our nature from Him. So, I highly recommend prayer as a constant in daily life. You will be filled to overflowing.

Hi, Ice! I believe very much in the power of prayer. I've been told a few times that I wouldn't live to see the next day, but here I am. I think that's due to the power of prayer, coming from those I love. It tipped the scales so the medical things would finally work!

I think you make a good point whatever one calls it prayer, meditation, spells make a difference on ones outlook for that day or even moment. It is defintely a good idea to reflect on decision and actions and to center ones mind so it works optimally in whatever youre doing. I dont cram for exams, unless I am very unprepared, as a well centered and clear mind will serve you much better than a couple of extra facts gained through nervous energy.

For faithful people, the answer is yes. I also believe on the power of prayer. I think the problem is on each person's mindset about the prayer's power. Some people who has weak faith only will considering a prayer to the God as asking and asking. I think this is not the essence of a prayer. We must thankful before we asked something. The power of prayer will come at the right moment. Some misunderstanding about the power of prayer will bring us to weakness and unfaithful. So it's very important to praying before doing something with faithfully. Happy mylotting to you.
