What do you do to save extra money? we all do something whether its coupons, freebies, buying cheaper items, stocking up on deals etc. we all do something so how do you save? I tend to use a lot of coupons for items i buy regularly. I love freebies, and i always try to shop when there are deals. I try to save on my energy bill each month and keep things cut off, but at then end of the day i still feel as if i dont save enough

Look for the absolute best deals possible. Also if I can buy something in bulk cheaper, I do it then, as opposed to later, even if I do not need the item right now. Because if the price goes up, I may be paying a lot more, for a lot less in the future.

Yeah you can get some great deals when buying a few of the item in one shop. I often do that on the things I know I am going to use when I go shopping.

I save money where ever I can...any 5 cent pieces get put into a money box so they don't clutter my purse....I try to buy the cheaper items where possible & the name brands only when on special. I also try to walk instead of drive if where I'm going is in walking distance...I also turn off lights where possible, etc... I also feel the same as you that it just doesn't feel like I've done enough to save.

I haven't really been able to start saving money right now. At the moment I'm going through college so the money I do earn has to go towards bills and then anything extra are small presents to myself. I have decided though once I graduate that I'm moving back in with my parents probably for 3 years just so I'll have all my loans paid off. They said I'd get free rent and just to split bills so it's gonna save me a good $500+ a month which can be put towards paying off a $20,000 college loan. It's not a huge loan like some people have, but its hefty enough and I figure it I put $500 towards it every months I'll have it paid off in about 3 years because some months I might be able to put more towards it. Just depends how things go.

I tend to shop around and get the cheapest deals where I have seen them. Like I will take advantage of drinks offers for things like Pepsi Max etc when they are on offer in certain places. I also look at buy one get one free offers as good deals. It's best to find what you like and then see where you can get the best deal.
