http://www.wyff4.com/news/22041312/detail.html Not far from where I live there was a fire in the sanctuary of a Baptist Camp where a wedding was going to be held. The bride had left her dress there so it could be steamed before the wedding the next day. While fighting the blaze, the firefighters found the dress & took it to a room that they hoped they could protect. As fate would have it, the door to that room wouldn't open so they took the dress to the very next room. They went in to lay the dress out on the bed when they realized the dress would probably sustain a lot of smoke damage, so they put the dress in a body bag & zipped it up in hopes of stopping some of the smoke damage. The Baptist Camp is a total loss (including the room that wouldn't open); but, lo & behold, when the bride arrived to mourn the loss of her wedding, the firefighters presented her with the body bag. Once opened, the dress was pulled out of the body bag fully intact. A local church heard of her plight & offered their sanctuary for her to hold her wedding...IN HER ORIGINAL WEDDING DRESS!!! I could NOT help but cry when I heard of ALL that happened here. I cannot help but feel that there was a Higher Power at work here!!! Her Dad says the Lord had His hand in protecting the dress. Have you ever heard of or witnessed a miracle???

What a wonderful story! That marriage must be meant to be. I have heard of several miracles in my life and a few have happened to me. My children were miracles, I think. I was on birth control both times and I think God wanted to give me those wonderful boys. I met an angel once, I'm convinced of it, and that was a miracle--he directed me to a winter coat that I needed. God is good to us, He is involved with us and nothing will convince me otherwise.

YES, He is. I had a friend a good number of years back whose house caught on fire & was completely destroyed by the fire right after Christmas His Mom had given him a Bible for Christmas because she worried that he hadn't been saved. In sifting through the ashes to recover anything that might not have been destroyed, he found nothing but ashes EXCEPT for the Bible which only had minimal damage. To this day, he has that Bible displayed proudly in his home!!!

Very nice story! Still I couldn't believe its true! Such things are rare. I think the miracle I have experience is knowing myLot! For many people myLot may be a source of small income, but for me it has improved my English skills like anything!

I can promise you it's TRUE!!! I live close to where this happened & have heard friends & family speak of it. This young lady knows how blessed she was on her wedding day. She comes from a fairly poor family & had spent most of the money she had on the wedding dress. Had the dress been destroyed in the fire, she would not have had the money to buy another right away. You are correct...myLot has been a miracle for me too!!! I've met such WONDERFUL friends here!!!
