We may have a new contender for the Guinness World Record's smallest cat. Her name is Bitsy and she barely weighs in at 1.5 pounds. No, that is not a typo, that is her weight. She looks like a kitten. Her temper toward a much bigger house mate is anything but kittenish. In fact, in the YouTube video, she flat out ran what looked like his (or her) 12 pound, perhaps more placid behind off. * Her feisty nature is understandable considering her rough beginnings.
