looking to start a money group, anyone interested

We all are searching for a way to earn extra and most of us do not know where to start and the ones that do start find it hard to find others to join them in what they are doing. So the key is to work together toward the same goal and work with something that is duplicatable. i'm now in the team forming process before we all start.
