Is mylot having a new management?

I received a message alert from the new administrator, to discuss about what needed to be fixed. Is mylot having a new management right now? Do we got to be paid the same before? I would love to participate those discussion to express my opinion there. Thanks!

A new administrator? I did not get that Alert.
What I got was telling us that there is an admin who will be answering our questions.
You can see their first discussion here but there is no mention of pay and earnings, possibly because they are not the most important concern for most of the users here

I thought that they have new management team or something like that. That is why they want to gather some information from our point of view. Anyway, if that is not, it is fine with me. It is not that big concern to me anyway.

I think that it is good that myLot is making its presence known to users and having interactions with us, especially at this particular point in time. Hopefully, it will open the lines of communication between Admin and us members and dispel some of the rumors that having been running rampant as of late.
Even if none of our suggestions are enacted, it is still nice to have a voice and be heard and get some kind of feedback from the site. I hope that this is the first step in the process.

As MysD already said, I don't think that it is new administration. I think that they have chosen a representative from the current administration to interact with the users and get feedback on how we feel the site is now and gather any suggestions that we might have for how it might be able to be improved in the future. I am not sure, as I have not read the discussion yet (I only took a quick peak at it, since it was quite long and we need to read all the responses before we comment on it and I definitely do not have that kind of time right now), but that is what it sounded like to me from the brief glimpse that I got not only of the alert but also from the discussion. It does sound like a good thing, though.

Since you wrote this you have seen a LOT od the things that GoAskAlice has told us and it has become even more obvious that her first message was correct. She is here to help us get things as they should be to make myLot an even happier place!

Yes, it has been great having GoAskAlice around. Not only has she listened to us and will be taking our suggestions to the PTB to see what ones they can implement but also she has cleared up some of the confusion and misunderstandings that people have had regarding reporting violations and deletions. She even said that we could quote her as an official myLot representative when other users ask these types of questions in the future. It sounds like she will be here to stay for a while, and that is great, although I don't envy her the job. It sounds like the current management is really taking this seriously and has a lot of improvements planned for the site for the new year. I hope that it turns out as well as we all hope that it will!

Alice is a new administrator, yes, but no myLot isn't under new management. They just have put Alice on board to make a list of change on myLot to make it better. I hope Alice and myLot really listen to us so we can make some good changes on myLot!

Not new management, just an administrator coming out of the wood work to start discussions to benefit us as she'll be taking the info she receives back to the appropriate people, and making this site a better one.

Basically, it was just an alert letting us know the admin was going to post a discussion about the home page, and wanted our feed back as to what should be changed or not changed whatever the case may be. I think it is a good idea to have admin participate in the discussions, as it lets us users know that they are thinking about us, and they really care, and that is what makes mylot so great. I feel that change can be good given in the right situation. I am so glad that I am a part of mylot and I hope to continue to do so. Good luck to you and happy mylotting.

I think there having a new admin but im not sure if the other admin left or not. It could be just new help for the site but I think this new admin is great so far. I like how she is asking us for our opinion and wants to make mylot a good site which is what every admin should do on every site.
