How you deal with stress?

Now a days, since the recession started, stress is being felt by almost everybody. Thus, almost everybody feels the after effect of the situation. Thus, we should and must save a lot. Thus, we must not just spend quickly our earnings. And thus, we must take double time to our job to earn a lot. Chances are, stress is becoming enormous. In this tough times, how do you deal with stress? Is there any right medicine to be free to stress?

Hi. This year is my busiest year ever. I'm feeling very stress and depressed. What did I do to deal with stress was take a week of holiday starting from christmas day till new year and go for a holiday. It really works. My stress are slowly gone and I can start smile again :. We cannot overload our body with a lot of things that we cannot cope. Another way of dealing stress is through MyLot'ting :. Express your thought and feelings here and it will make your stress reduce.. :

Stress is almost seen in anybody. It arises in different forms and by product of problems encountered. Stress can be relieved or lessen depending upon the person ability to overcome his trials in life. It can be dealt by a positive outlook in life. Trying to solve his problems in different possible options and looking forward for a better outcome. I think there is no right medicine for stress but in the person itself. Some can take multivitamins to avoid his body being affected much from depressions and anxiety. Doing the things you enjoy can relieve stress and a diverting interests can be also been used to fight stress. Advance happy new year to all

I agree with the economical situation alot are hurting and causes tension and stress.For me I have learned that you have to remember you can only do what you can do, stressing out just makes it harder to deal with.I try to keep myself busy and continue to try ways to make things easier for everyone around me.

I get a good feeling out of playing my online games. I have to say I have a lot of stress right now. I am doing all I can to keep my head together. I go on mylot and post a well.

Hmmm. I try to get releaved from my stress by just putting on my headsets, switching on my favourite music and dancing along with it after slipping my phone into my pocket. Don't thing me to be a good dancer my friend. I'm nothing like that. I just dance with the song, tap my lap with the music. At this moment I'll be in a different world away from all the stresses my friend.

hi friend when i am in any stressed situation i used to go to terrace and simply see the stars and beautiful moon.according to me if you see something which is peaceful it will reduce your stress friend.if u have a small aquarium in your home you can even see that friend.you can hear to songs also,you can divert your mind from this stressed world to your dream world. have a nice evening:)

I don't believe there is a perfect medicine for anyone, what I do believe is that if you can take the time out to do something you enjoy, for long enouph, you will loose the streesful situation you are in, get a clear mind, and be able to deal with your problems more effectivly.

Dealing with stress in our daily lives is something we all encounter. We all have our little ways of easing it. For me, enormous amounts of comfort food containing chocolate and vast calories are included.

Hi arasheila,Yes,our life today is very stressful due to some problems and hardships in life.My way of relieving stress is to watch comedy films,so that i can laugh and laugh. laughing is avery good way of releasing stress.I also have my devotional prayers for that matters.Good luck!

i find that i often met this problem and make me head painful.i could not find good way to deal with it.because i often trouble for money.i need money for my life,i find that i could not deal with it immediatly.but i must learn to less my stress and learn to forget it for a while.at least i could not trouble for it at that moment.and pretent to be relax for it.someitmes i find that i think about too much,i could not deal with too much.so i only do is relaxing myself and dont think about too much.

you are right, stress is become the most mental illness that can happen to anybody nowadays. I think to manage a stress there are a lot of ways to do it. First, acknowledge the strength of yourself is the most important key to avoid the stress. You must know your capability to handle any kind of jobs or task and don't to over to finish your job. Second, have a good exercise or regular sport. This activity can refresh your body and also refresh your mind. Third, take a holiday sometime with your family or yourself. The point is that your brain and your mind must have a rest from the daily pressure in your life. So, don't forget to do this in your tight activity. Fourth, Share your problem with other in your field or your wife, parent or best friend. By share the problem, your mind will be more calm down and hopefully they can find the best solution for you. Fifth, do yoga regularly. Many people and the expert said that yoga can avoid human from stress. I think it's a good way and your body also become more healthy. If it's to late, then the solution is to seek the expert, hope they can find the best solution for you through treatment. Thank

The best way to deal with stress in my opinion, is to dance it away. I wrote about something related to this earlier today, in another discussion, here at myLot. That's my solution, that's what I do when I feel all stressed out; and it works. Just play some loud, fast music and dance your stress away. That's my two cents. Why don't you try it out?

I don't think there is any medicine that can truely reduce stress. My personal way to releive is to forget my job temporarily by doing something else. For example, playing badminton, going shopping or even going to a bar to drink and dance. But the best way to live happily with little stress is to adjust your attitude toward life. Be content with what you have, then you do not have the pain from or worries about failure.

I find that I like to make a list of things to do, and then carefully do the things on the list. Then I feel a bit more in control.

The streets with the family out of town, or biking up and down the mountain, and out of the woods with some friends while enjoying the natural scenery. That's what I do when experiencing stress. If I can not get out of town, or taking a break because of work deadlines, I usually just enjoy that stress, without having to involve the emotions and anger, but stay focused on the problem and find the best solution. Every problem must be a solution, right?

hi airasheila I am a diabetic and if w e stress a lot our blood sugar goes up even though we ate properly . so I avoid stress by imagining I have a stress proof bubble arou nd me that stress just bounces off of and this imagery works. its time tested thought up by the American Diabetes association. Also I listen to classical music with my headphones on so I do not bother my roommate. I was stressed when I had to come here as mu son and I became homeless but its a heck of a lot better than homeless shelters and its paid for out of my own social security check and SSI check. anyway we must learn to deal with itand not let it deal with us.
