Where Is The End Of The Rainbow?

I guess that could be a loaded kind of question. But where is it, literally? My son and I were driving home from his school when we noticed a rainbow in the sky. We realized it stretched right over our house. And as we neared our little castle we saw that the rainbow actually touched down behind it. I know nothing about rainbows but this one seem to have an end. No pot of gold though. Have you ever been to the end of a rainbow?

It does seem like they move. That's why we thought it was so interesting that we really found the end of one. Quite spectacular actually.

Utopia! A place where everyone is happy, where life is wonderful, and there is truly a heaven on this Earth, and it's only a place that those who are most pure can reach, it's a sign that there is happiness at the end of the rainbow but by chasing the rainbow you will never find it, you have to let it come to you. It's very rare to see a rainbow certainly where I live and they vanish nearly as quickly as they appear, so the reward I get is to see one of Nature's finest creations. But blink and it's gone. They are too elusive, as is the promise of a crock of gold if you can find the end of one.

Ah yes, but this one did end . . . right behind our house. And ironically, right beyond the end of this rainbow is . . . a casino. Of course, that still doesn't guarantee the pot of gold though they would try to convince you.

The ends of rainbow is nothing. Rainbow is just a reflection after the rain. I almost thought it has a pot of gold too but there is nothing at the end of the rainbow. I never see the end of the rainbow. I wanted to have a chance. Whenever I see rainbow I look at the end, where the end goes and I want to get there but I always failed.

and thought maybe the leprekaun had stolen it. he he
I found out not long ago that my gr gr gr grandfather was
born in Ireland so I do have irish ancestors.lol. still'never'have found the legendary pot of gold even though we found the end of the rainbow.

Always fun to find out about family history. Anyhow, if I had thought about it I should have taken a picture. I always carry my little digital camera with me but I just didn't think about it. Oh well, hope you have an awesome new year Hatley.

I have been at the end of a rainbow as well. Me and an ex boyfriend of mine were driving in wisconsin about 10 years ago to a friend of his house. We were taking back roads because I hate the toll way when it rains. Well there were some nasty low hanging clouds and it start pouring rain. Within a few minutes it cleared up and there was a beautiful rainbow. Well as we were driving around a winding road it seemed as if the rainbow was reflecting off of each house we were passing then suddenly it was reflecting off of everything in the car! The windshield, mirrors, metal, it was AMAZING!!! I was like Wow, we just passed thru the end of the rainbow!!! Or better yet I should say it passed over us!! LOL

Watching rainbow is most lucky incidence for me. Last time , I watched perfect rainbow over our head whileat Niagra. I will try and take you there.
