Hello dear friends, mylotters, mere bhai/s,sister/s, What time you've been to bed this January 1st of 2010? Did you stay awake and waited till the coming of first day of this year? Or,did you spend the night, just like the same ordinary night that passes by? I know some mylotters did welcome the year 2010 with family, relatives and friends and stayed till early morning. While other mylotters maybe spend the day/night just like any other ordinary night and day. I welcome the first day with my kids,we spend the whole night chatting and reminiscing the past year. Then,we visits one internet friend of mine who lives not far from us(10mins drive/maximum and no traffic)and had fun with them. Then,we gone home 5am. How about you dear friends, till what time you stayed awake this January 1st of 2010? HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE

ohhh..it's not only in your place that rains on the day of new year's celebration. My sister in Baguio also texted me that,it also had rain showers in there. And even on the part of Northern Luzon. My internet friend from Tuguegarao told me that, some of their prepared foods got spoiled due to the heavy rains...and,their relatives didn't make it to come and join them the until the new year's day. have a good day amiga

Hiya jaiho2009, We stayed up until four o´clock in the Morning and let the New Year in with the twelve grapes, a glass of Bubbly and marzipans not too many though. I also let the New Year in an hour later for Great Britain and the Canary Islands and Tenerife by myself as no one here does that if they do they can buzz me on here and let me know. Well just a hint. Sounds like you had a great time too.

I was at work until 11pm of december 31st, and was really in hurry to went home that day, I was able to arrived at home before 12, but didn't got the chance to stay the whole night with friends as I was really tired that day. I celebrate new year w/ family and friends and neighbors too, but tuck in bed at 3am, while my friends are partying outside until 6am.. I just realized that I miss a lot of things and wish that I can turn back time.. lol!.. Anyway, Still happy that I celebrate New Year at home unlike last year, I was such a loser as I was in the office working and seeing fireworks outside the building.. hehehe.. Just so greatful this year! :)

Hi Jaiho, Happy New Year! Me and my family stayed awake until 2am. We ate together and joyfully welcomed the new year with a bang. We jumped, laughed and made some noise to cheerfully express our joy for another blissful year. It was a simple but very memorable time together with my family!

Hey jaiho2009! You might want to change your user name from jaiho2009 to jaiho2010! Anyways, during the New Year time, we also went to a friends house, but this friend lived about fifteen minutes away from us. We went to their house and found that some of our relatives and some of their friends were also there (which did not surprise me). We chilled there for a while and then later we watched a movie and played Modern Warfare 2 for about one hour. After that we went to our temple to pray on New Year. We prayed around 12 o'clock. We stayed there for about 30 minutes, then we went home. When we got home, it was already 1:30 so I only stayed awake for about thirty more minutes and guess what I was doing? Mylotting of course! I mylotted for about thirty minutes and got bored, so I went to sleep. That's my New Year Story! Hope this answers your question. Have a great day and have loads of fun mylotting! Punjab911

I spend the whole day of new year at home then at night if Jan 1 we go to our friends house to celebrate our christmas party. IT is very simple for us to celebrate this new year. Thanks and have a very merry new year!

Hello mods, I can understand that most of us count this season as the best time to spend with friends and loved ones. Knowing another year had passed, and everyone is in good health, this is a great opportunity to show how much we love those people around us. This is the right time to reminisce happy and sad moments of our lives. To realize the good and bad things, and think of any changes that we want to change and correct for the coming year round. Thanks for your response and have a good day always dear. HAPPY NEW YEAR

All of my great childhood friends were there and there were great vibes and a lot of dancing. Last night definitely helped me to usher in the new years.
