What is the easy way to get sleep easily

I cant sleep easily in the night and it took more than one hour to get to sleep.Is there any simple solution to get sleep easily.

hey hey.... if you take pills then it have many side effects. you know ? avoid it it effect your brain system. just use as much as possible to have following things followed. just drink milk a cup every night. wash your legs before you go on bed. try to think a amazingwonderful stories in mind and just close eyes and try make video of same with your close eyes. you wil find your self lost in it and in morning with all great travel of dat story . plz tell me if it works and dat story also. i do dat evry nite b4 sleeping. and also it dry plum/ dry date/ khajur. before sleeping it will work

drink milk before bedtime, never eat too much at dinner.. my teacher once told me that if we are having a hard time to sleep at time, read a bible.. C: i feel guilty about it..

I wish there was an easier way to fall asleep for me too. I have a hard time going to sleep alot of times. I work nights and it is very hard to sleep during the day when the sun is out. I usually work alot and go to bed when I cannot keep my eyes open no more. That usually helps.

I am also not getting sleep soon. So I read books at the bed time. So that can easily catch sleep. A glass of warm milk is good to get sleep. Over eating in night will disturb sleep. So eat atleast 1.30-2 hrs before your bed time and try to walk after dinner.

well the simple solution to sleep is that start reading a book , lol , it must be sounding kidish and useless but try it out dear , it really works and let me tell you in details that how it works , see at night no one wants to do work , every one need sleep or rest so even mind is not willing to work , when you will make up your mind to study your mind will secreate the sleeping harmones faster as mind also don't want to read then sleep will come faster.

There were also nights I experienced the same as yours so I tried to get some tips too how to overcome it. I tried and somehow it works on me. Try not to do any exercise at least 2hours before you go to bed and avoid drinking or taking any caffeine rather take a glass of milk. Free your mind. Stop thinking a lot of things and you should feel relax. Try to read books as well. These will eventually makes you feel sleepy.

if some hard work is done in day time then a good sleep is there to come. and if the work done in day time is not hard but mind work then a good sleep is not always possible. So, to sleep, do some excercise to make body tiring and then sleep, you might get sleep easily this time.

Someone take medicines, someone count numbers, as for me, I usually listen to the tape which is difficult to understand, then I can sleep soon

And sometimes I do some physical excercises in the bed, we will fall into sleep easily when we are very tired.

There are many people who are not good sleepers. I am not one among them. My husband is not a good sleeper. If you are not a good sleeper make sure of a few things to have good sleep. Sleep only when you are really tired and want a good sleep. Some people get sleep easily when they read books. Keep the room away from mosquitoes and other bugs so that you can sleep well. Don't have too much water before sleep to avoid getting up to rush to the bath room.

Hi sreejithsreenivas if you want to get sleep just mix two pinches of jaiphal (nutmug) powder to a glass of hot milk and 1 table spoon of honey to it and drink at the bed time. You will get a very nice sleep. But do not add more than 2 pinches of powder or else it works as anesthesia.

when you are on your bed or before going to bed try to relax and forget about what are things happened today, limit your water intake and try milk and read some books, if this doesn't work try some prescription medicines...

srinivas the best way to sleep within 30 mins. after going to the bed to my best knowledge is put on a good devotional songs which is slow and with some veena instrument music. And you can try with having some cow hot milk too before going to sleep. I some times use the same method. Friend I hope you got my point.
