If you got referrals.....

Just suppose this happened to you. You got 5 new referrals who are very active and earn you about one dollar in total. Then would you be active on mylot? I know that I personally won't be as active knowing that I have referrals working to make me moeny, but I would still visit mylot in the morning right before breakfast just to see what's up! What is you rationale?

Even if I had referrals or not I would be active here in MyLot, since it is an interesting site where I can find many information and make friends. Is true that if I had referrals who earn me $1.00 daily I would be more happy :D easy earning is always good!!
I don't have any referrals now.. I didn't promote my referral link yet. But MyLot is also good even if you don't have referrals :D !!

hey stellak12! It is good to hear that you would still be active on mylot! Yes, I think anyone would be happy if they made one extra dollar per day by doing nothing at all! I haven't promoted either, but I wish you good luck!

I still active here, I won't be know if my referrals still working or not. We don't get anything if they are no longer participate on the discussions. Every time I visit on this site, and because I enjoying my stay I continue myloting.
It's kind hard relying on referrals if they only briefly and left again.

Sure we cannot force anyone to posting so we will earn, but we can make them believe that myLot worth the time :)

You are right, but the discussion started said if they were acive and make $1.00 for you. But by the time you like MyLot, referrals don't really matter ;)

I would still be here. I have made many friends here since I joined and I could not stay away, I'm certain. I have fun here and it is a distraction from other things. A fun hobby that pays.
I would also be here helping my referrals. When they post I usually go and respond and comment on their discussions. I feel that teamwork is needed to make things work nicely for everyone involved.
The idea of having lots of referrals and letting them do the work sounds too much like slave labour to me - and that ended years ago

Friends is also an important part of MyLot! I have friends here too and I enjoy respond to their discussions too! is good to hear that you are helping your referrals and believe in team work, unfortunately I don't have referrals yet... :-/
Also letting your referrals work for you is not so good as you said.

You can still earn quite a bit here just being active yourself, with no referrals. I'd continue to be active even if I HAD 5 referrals (which I do - only like 2 of them are "active", and that doesn't mean that they're making me any money. Maybe .10 cents this month?) As far as I'm concerned, .10 cents a month from an "active" referral is not money to live off of, I don't know about you. I'd definitely continue to be active on MyLot - not only because then I'd make real money, but just because it's something I enjoy (and.. am addicted to. lol.)

I agree with you, everybody can still earn his/herself without referrals. I think there are no needed in a site like MyLot, you can easily earn youeself since you can post as more as you want, other sites limit your daily earnings and you need referrals to earn more.

Wow! Only 2 active referrals! Wait, what am I saying?!?! I don't even have a single referral. But you should be happy that you are at least making something from mylot's referrals system. Be happy with what you have, not what you don't have!

I would still be active here in myLot even if I have 100 referrals working for me. Why? Because the person who referred me wont get anything from me and thats not the way I should repay him after introducing me here in myLot. I would still participate in the discussions as long as I find interesting topic.

That's a good reason to still posting on MyLot, as long as you find interesting topic. You should always try to enjoy what you are doing and not doing it only because you will get money or make money to your referrer. One more thing is helping others, I think is also important and via MyLot, you can help many people by answering their discussions.

yes that is also very true, we actually should be repaying the person who introduced us to mylot. Think about it, if no one was active on mylot and expected their referrals to do the work for them, then they would get nowhere. Everyone would just stop. Mylot, the referrals, and you. That's why there are many that count on referrals and some that don't (I can name a few)

As of now I got 2 referrals, but still since I enjoyed expressing my thought here. I won't stop being active and instead I'll try to get some referrals because if you enjoy what you are doing, you can't really stop yourself telling others.
