do you use footware inside your home?

nope. I like being barefooted and comfy!! sometimes i wear socks if my feet are cold but besides that, nothing.

I'm not comfortable walking barefoot even if the floor of my home is clean so I wear flip-flops. Besides, my mom told me that walking barefoot on cold floors makes your varicose veins larger and visible from the back of your leg.

Shoes in the house are not allowed, so go bare foot with my slippers. Its a big thing for me keeping the house clean, so its a house rule that my family also change into slippers and guests are encouraged to do the same.

Hi Ramaswamyvtkv, I don't use footwear inside my house either, though I wouldn't say that it is the most polished house since we have carpets and stuff, but I like the feeling of the carpet under my feet and so I don't wear anything inside the house except for woollen socks at the moment because it is a so dang cold and I don't think I would impress anyone by getting frostbite inside the house lol! My dad on the other hand though can't go around the house without sandels on, but I think that is because he hates the feeling of the carpet under his feet or something. I never asked him really but yea, he can't have bare feet in the house. All the best, Dranz

Ya,I wear slippers in my house,not because my house isn't clean or something its very clean(thanks to my mom) but still I like to put them on. During winter I also wear socks nonetheless but during summer seasons when it gets very hot I have to get out of my slippers. Otherwise I put them on all the time there aren't any specific reasons for it apart from the simple fact that I like it this way!

well its not necessary to use footwear when u at home and i dont use it . i personally dont like using footwear at home.well some use it coz of health issues ,for some its trendy and for some its just status.

We keep our shoes on in the house, but it's not by choice. It's mainly because my dad refuses to take his shoes off (which are usually VERY dirty from being out in the garage.. Ugh) and he makes a mess everywhere. We decided that because he does it, we justify allowing ourselves to do it, too. We just have to clean up after ourselves, which gets a little tiring.
