What do you think let India down. Was it the Batting Was it the Bowling Was it the Fielding Was it the Captaincy Was it the anything else Justify your view

India as a team has failed today. So am not going to complain on individuals. Taking about the departments, We didn't use the last overs of our batting very well. We lost more wickets, than we should. And as a result, scored less runs than we should. The target set must be more than 300. Inorder to prevent sri lanka from chasing that, we should have got at least 2 wickets before they scored 50 runs. Since both these didn't happen, we lost this match.

nice way to some it up buddy.. Indians should have batted well in the slog overs. But the match was on the wire until perrara came in... man he is good isn't he... he just took the match away from india

A Loss is a loss. There is no excuse for that. It may be due to bad batting, or bowling or fielding. But the final thing is that we have lost the match. As far as batting is concerned, we have lost early wickets that forced the middle order batsman to slow down. Else we could have added 20-30 runs extra. Secondly we have a poor fielding and bowling that was supported by the dew factor.
