As I've decided to try to invest in some HYIPs this year because I'd like to make some more money online so I started writing on different forums, mostly forums about earning online because they pay through LibertyReserve and every dollar earned will be invested in HYIP by me. They are good because you learn a lot about earning and you also get info about different sites and ways of making money but I go kind a disappointed. I realised that so many people don't want to work for the money but invest a few dollars and get back thousands. The fact is that THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE. I joined this great forum where the owner pays you 1 to 5 cents per post, the posts have to be 90 letters short so it isn't difficult to write them, but people dare to complain although they mostly just copy and past information about a certain site from its front page. I mean, what do you expect for 90 letters ... 1000 dollars? I am being sarcastic but it is not far away from the truth. I posted a few posts about some sites that pay quite a lot of money for writing but not many people were interesting because they would have to write much more than 90 letters and they aren't really very keen to working hard for the money. They prefer making 2 - 3 cents for 90 letters than a few dollars for 1000 words. I know that not all the people are able to write articles, reviews and similar stuff that bring you more money than just 90 letter posts, but I am also quite sure that many of them are able to write but don't want to because they just think that it would be difficult to write 300 to 1000 words and that it would take a lot of time. I think that it is better to earn 50c for a review that you need 5 to 10 minutes to write than to post for hours (5 or 6) to earn 50 cents or even click for days to earn the same amount. People today want referrals and 100 000% interest rate but that is difficult to find and they can also loose the money, but they'd rather loose $10.00 in a bed investment than earn $50 for a week or two of writing. I just can't understand that. What do you think about all this? Am I close to the truth or you think I am just talking gibberish? What would you prefer? A high risk investment which can make you money but also make you loose money or good old fashioned work for your money? And then I meet a person who started his own forum and is paying to the members, even those who write one line posts and copy paste info about earning sites, he spends many hours behind the screen and is willing to invest a lot of time and work in the site and to help people to make money, he will probably earn some money himself but still I admire his effort.Would you join a forum if you knew that the admin is often active and interacts with his members? Would you hate if you were this person and you were paying to people but they were still unhappy because they always want more money for less work?Would you prefer to write 50 posts worth 1 cent each (90 letters x 50= 4500 letters) or 1 post of 300 words worth 50c?Do you prefer risking the money you have to make more or work to make more money? Thanks to all who took their time to read this post.

I've come to the conclusion that alot of people want all this money, but don't want to work a bit for it. It doesn't work that way in life. They complain constantly because they are not making enough money...you don't get something for nothing. I would love a forum that the administrator is involved, I think it's great. I write for Textbroker as I'm a new writer. It's simple for some people but it's not simple for me. I have to research everything I do and I work hard at it, but I'm making it, and it puts some extra food on the table right now as I'm out of a job. I don't mind working hard and I don't complain about it.

All I can say is, his mother is not doing him any favors by letting him sit around being a bum all day. What's going to happen later on in life, especially when he might need to find a job. They're going to look at a blank resume and no he's worthless. And whoever he marries better have money too, but that will get old after a while for the girl. It's such a waste of the mind to sit and do nothing, and it wouldn't surprise me if he ends up with Alzheimer's later in life. The brain needs to keep active just like your body. Too bad...he's getting something for nothing alright, but I don't know if it's actually the money.

I agree with you...you don't get something for nothing BUT the fact is that some people do...I have this friend who is 30 years old, he hadn't worked a single day in his life and his mother told him to find a job, but he doesn't want to because his mother pays for all his bills, his rented apartment, his clothes, food any everything, he uses her money as if it was his. Sometimes he complains about not having enough money and that he'd like to have at least $100 more per months so that he could afford what he wanted and I told him to start at least earning online, because some sites really pay you well for writing and he always brags about his writing and English. He likes TV shows a lot and I told him he could get 50c for each episode he watches if he wrote 10 sentences about it. He said that that would be too difficult and would ruin all the fun of watching the show. I guess it is easier to ask his Mum, but she won't live forever. So for some people money really grows on trees and they get something for nothing.

hanks for the advice. I invested in 2 sites only and each of them is paying for more than 2 years. Well, a site can always turn into scam...a company can bankrupt, a real one or an online one but let's hope it won't happened. Some risk is always involved in making money online, I just try to join sites where the risk is minimal. Happy earning to you too ;)

You raise some very valid points in this post lorelai. I would like to think that people want money because they are desperate and not because they are greedy. However, either way you look at it, they must realize that earning money does take some time and energy, although I question whether these people do consider that. I belong to a writing site that now earns me fairly good money. However, the first several months after I joined, I made very little money. I think the secret of online earning is to pick a couple of sites and concentrate your time and energy on those sites. Flitting back and forth between many, many sites is a sure-fire way not to be successful at any of them. There is no such thing as free money, never, nada, not at all.

Yes, that's true, there's no such a thing as free money. Especially not in the beginning, they say that the first million is the most difficult one to earn but also the sweetest one. I agree with you, the secret is to choose sites you want to earn with and concentrate on them, by concentrate I mean invest time and effort. It is not easy to find a good paying site but once we do we have to stick to it. Thanks for your response.

Well it's certainly nothing unusual. It's human nature to want something for nothing. And ask any person if they would like to make money with little effort and they will say yes. Isn't the American dream to rise to the top with very little investment. I also think that a lot of the people who want to use these internet programs to make money with very little effort are people without a stable income to whom it is hard to get a stable income like teenagers .

Maybe you are right, maybe those are high school students or even college students that don't have a regular income but I also know people who work hard in real life, transfer that money on LibertyReserve or AlertPay or any other payment processor and then invest it to try to make more money out of it. I actually understand those people because they got the investment money from their jobs, so they worked for it, and now they want to try to double it, or triple or whatever, but what I don't understand are those people who are constantly whining that they aren't paid enough for their work online but don't consider working more.

I think it's a little bit ridiculous people expect to make tons of money without doing a single thing. I mean you have to work to get money, that's how the economy works. But if you just want to make a small amount for your paypal account, do it.

I find that ridiculous to but I guess some people don't. I am not saying that this is not possible because mostly the jobs that pay well aren't the most difficult ones but even if one wants to invest money s/he has to work to get the money s/he wants to invest, then sit and relax while the amount is growing.
