Paid2YouTube is changing as PTC

For the past few days (may be more before), i could see some PTC ads in Paid2YouTube surf video section. Previously, surf video section was showing other videos, not from youtube.
Is Paid2YouTube going to change as PTC? Or It will support both PTW and PTC?
