Is anyone know whats the requirement to qualify on Adsense?

Hello Myloters, I am starting my blog now and hoping to make money out of it through adsense but I thought before and read somewhere that there are qualification adsense is looking for to be member, does anyone know? Any response would be greatly appreciated and also tips on how to get lots of traffic int my blog. Thanks Myloters
