Calling all those who have idea with this case, My friend who lives in Bangladesh fortunately accepted by paypal upon registration through the exclusive link (which only him knows). Now, he is worried because after trying to help me to solve my problem he found out that he has limited access on his account today 8 January 2010. He cannot send nor receive any amount. If you know how to solve this, please share your ideas. Thanks

Hi Zearah, As Bangladesh is not included in Paypal Service providing countries.It was better to take an account in Alertpay. I think,the problem is because the paypal would be detected its a Bangladesh IP address.

Paypal is tricky. It all depends on the rules for his country. The guidelines vary from country to country to keep curent with each countries laws based on the sending or receipt of any money through eletronic or other means. He needs to check out the help, talk to paypal for his country, and fimiularize himself with the curceny exchange laws for his country.

But actually Bangladesh is not included for paypal's services(this is what I understand), he had an account through the link which only he knows. Thanks for your explanation, I'll relay your message to him.
