What's the home remedy for CONSTIPATION?

I am having irregualar toilets and sometimes may have long gaps too. Even there is no fixed toilet timings. The faeces have been very hard and little. Can anyone tell me how can I cure this?

like most advise of the doctors, eat more fibrous food daily and don't skip meals, try to have fix time in eating your regular meals, sometimes changing the time have affect in hour body clock which sometimes cause of gaseous effect..

You should include lot of fibres in your diet, consume a lot of green leafy vegetables and lot of fruits. Have a glass of hot milk with a plantain at bed time and drink plenty of water. I am sure all these will surely help you relieve your constipation problems.

You really probably need to change your diet. How about trying to eat more fruits, veggies, fibers and plenty of water. But to help you at this time try eating a bunch of prunes. This should help you within an hour or so. Good luck to you.

all of them are correct. drink at least 8 glasses of water, eat high fiber diet, avoid dehydrating liquids like coffee or soda and the best thing is to exercise daily to prevent constipation

You can take the water made out of Flax Seeds, it works as a laxative. As well as eating more fruits.

Eat foods that are rich in fiber. Yogurt drinks are good for constipation problem. Pineapple juice are fiber- rich. Avoid products causing you constipation like caffeine beverages, preservative foods, fruits like apple and some pears. There is a banana that is good for constipation problem. If you know the fruit named PAPAYA or pear shaped one in yellow color also good for constipation. Exercise is also one additional factor to prevent constipation. IT is where your muscle are stretched even in digestion part.

water can help you, drink atleast 8 glasses or more so it can regulates you vowel movement. i am not a fruit eater though i know fruits helps a lot for it has fiber but i drink a lot of fruit juices and i drink a lot of water. if it is still the same then i guess you need to consult a doctor for they have medicine to regulate the vowel. my mother drink something if she is constipated or if she does not go to the loo for two days

constipation is caused by two things: too little fiber and dehydration. Even if you increase the amount of fiber in your diet if you are not taking in enough liquids then you will not improve. Fruits and prunes can help, also drink more water, and use epsom salt. If there is a pharmacy like walgreens in your area you can find it. It is very inexpensive and a small container of the epsom salt can be bought in grocery stores as well. Mix one or two tablespoonfuls of the salt into water and drink it once or twice a day. It will taste really really bad, but it works. It is not a good idea to take a lot of this because you will regret it. Maybe start with one tablespoon of epsom salt. You look like you have a lighter build from what I can see of your photo. If this does not make it better you may have intestinal parasites. A lot of people have them and don't even know! The best way to regulate yourself is to add more fiber in your diet. This can be done several ways, but the easiest is just to buy a simple fiber supplement. There are several on the market and they all pretty much work the same, in evening out your body in this respect. There are certain foods that are also known to help you go, like mainly fruits. Eating alot of grapes, or prunes are two choices, but be careful, because you might very well wind going the other way and having the runs
