what must I do when I forget my transacion pin?

I have an account of alertpay. When I rent referrals for neobux, I forget my transaction pin. How can I get it? I also forget my security questions?

This happened to me over a year ago.
There is a contact link on the Alertpay site and I used that. Send your problem and they will give you a ticket number and will then get back to you and they will resolve your problem.
When you get your new PIN please keep it somewhere safe because it is very, very important (as you have now realised).
