Have you ever been harrassed by an online seller? or WTF is WRONG with people!

My daughter tried to buy a gift for one of her friends online for christmas and what ensued has me utterly flabberghasted!!! I made a blog about the entire transaction and here is a link to that: http://ww5.yuwie.com/blog/entry.asp?id=308954&eid=647645 It is kind of long because i am adding information like emails back and forth and such as the come in...but some of the info can be skimmed over like all the BBB info that i included just so everyone can see i did look it up etc.... I just can not believe the way this company is acting and if you look at the BBB info it is apparent they treat ALL their customers this way...they have an F rating... I SHOULD have been smart and went to the BBB BEFORE i tried to purchase from them but i didnt.... Have any of you had to go through something like this because you made the mistake of trying help a company stay in business by purchasing something from them? What ever happened to "The customer is ALWAYS right?"

Well I can't get to the blog (Yuwie blocked at work), but it is a lesson to people to check out a seller before buying something from them. Sorry you had a bad experience.

Well check it out if you get a chance...this is so much about the getting scammed part as i am well aware of the dangers of online shopping and that is why i always use paypal to pay as they have given me my money back every time i have ever had a problem as they did in this case. This is all actually about I can not believe the extent to which this "company" is taking this. Several different people from there have now sent me threatening insulting emails where they call me everything in the book..... And they have been in business a LONG time and treat all their customers like this....so this is about being the one who speaks out...this is about letting other people know just what this particular companies business practices are...its about exposing them to a LOT of people...because obviously most people dont and they think they are safe because they attack me via email and think no one will see it!! Im not positive but it feels to me like in that last one the guy was even challenging me to a physicall fight! Maybe its just me but thats the tone i got.

Hi! I have had to go through something as this. Most of the time the customer is right, but there are times when the customer is not right. The customer can be wrong sometimes. I have been on the receiving end of a customer who thought they were right, and in truth they were wrong. After this customer had time to think about what they said and how they had acted they realizes that they were wrong. It is not something that happens everyday, but it does happen. Some companies go the extra mile for their customers, but there are some who don't care if they stay in business or not.

HI, to tell you the truth. I never buy anything online, period. And cuz of,one I afraid I dont get what I expect, and two I afraid for fraud, and third I afraid of this kind of problem. It is hard to deal with people that you dont even see... I haven't read your blog yet, but will after respond to your discussion
