Did you experience like exploding from a lot of pressure and confussion from work, relationship, affairs, duties, studies, religion or faith and problems and you are too tired to explain your side again and again for others to understand and what you only afford to say is to shout the word, " Give me a Break!?

There are times in my life where I am really stressed out and close to exploding. I just try to calm myself down. I do sometimes thing in my head Gimme a Break when I see something that really angers me or confuses me. But I can overcome it with help from my friends and faith.

This is the exact situation I'm in. I am literally too tired; deprived of sleep, issues, I've had enough! Some people are idiots, and I find it best just to ignore them or push them out.

Thats the best thing to do, to let go and ignore for a peaceful mind.

Once in a while,I have to say like that.It is nomally after i enter the house in the evening after a tiresome work load.the kids and my wife and my mother .....all have some stories to narrate or something to complain.I can't spafre my ears to them immediately and what i need is snacks only. So,i would ask them to give me a break to relax. But no shouting.

Yes I know exactly how you feel. Its taken all I have to not want to bich slap cirtin people when I see them online for their stupidity, airheadedness, and the stress and sht they are putting me through. I've had about enough of it myself. Ripping my hair out seemed like a suitable option, but, of course.... all that would leave me with is one major headache.

Think back always before doing anything in action. Just fight it all out through positive outlook and of course a little bit understanding because not all of us came from the same breeding and upbringing. A nice day Kaylachan.
