Have you ever thought that these e-mail systems have improved so much..gmail has so many sections, like marking private, work, and other different type of mails...but there is no such system where you can find all your unread mails within a click...last few months i was irregular in checking mails....it started from Diwali, then children's exams and other personal matters, that now i have about 183 unread mails scattered here and there and most of them are from mylot...i want to respond to them as i have time now...but the problem is to find mails...every time i start this work, i have to click older, then older, again older and this irritates me...don't u think there should be section of unread mails, and if u go there you get all those at once....????

There is a section of unread emails. It's called inbox!! Don't blame Gmail for your laziness. Just because you have N Gigabytes of storage available to you it doesn't mean that your inbox should be the new recycle bin of choice where you just leave old emails hanging about for ages. Did you read an email? Not interesting? Delete it. Did you read an email? Want to keep it for some reason? Archive it. Did you read an email? Is it from someone you know? Maybe move it to a folder named "Friends&Relatives" Did you read an email? It's very important business? Move it if you want, but you can mark a important email as Starred so that you can instantly filter it. You can even automatize most of these tasks! Inbox is an area where things get dropped in, much like in any office. If no one separates stuff to go to their proper areas, there'd be piles of papers building up on the inbox. Gmail staff isn't psychic... they can't guess what you want to do with your email.
